These are affordable and work well – aside from my cat turning into a screaming demon from the depths of Hell’s gate, they were easy to hold (big hand friendly) as well as easy to clip. Did Kyo appreciate me clipping his little babies? Heck no, but again these were simple to use once I was able to get a grip on him. They feel cheap, but I assure you they were safe – I would buy this again if they do break simply for affordability alone.

Amazing product at a great price.Clipping my dogs nails was always a challenge and created anxiety for both myself and my dog. My dog has black nails which makes it difficult to see the quick. The safety feature on these nails is awesome and I no longer fear cutting the nail too short. Clipper is sharp and cuts the nail easily. Highly recommend these clippers.

I have had these for over a year and they have been a game changer. One of my dogs hates getting their nails trimmed, and these make it so much easier. If she pulls away or moves around, I don’t have to worry about cutting too much because of the guard. I am able to get in quickly and not have to worry about finding the right amount to cut. Both sizes were the same price. I thought hey if there the same price I should get the large size. But my animals are small so I ended up getting the small size. I’ve never had a design like this one before. I did hours of research to try to find the highest rated ones. I finally just ordered this one! It’s super easy to use and it’s the worst feeling when you accidentally cut the nail to short when they move by accident and this is genius. Absolutely genius design worth the $10. Sharp and gets the job done faster than any other nail clippers I’ve used before. I purchased the gonicc Dog & Cat Pets Nail Clippers and Trimmers in 2019 for my small Yorkshire Terrier and Poodle Maltese. While the clippers have some nice features, they are better suited for larger pets. One thing to note, is that the Clipper is very durable.Pros:⚫Easy to handle: The ergonomic design makes these clippers comfortable to use.⚫Great grip: The non-slip handles provide a secure grip, which helps in maintaining control while trimming.Cons:⚫Blades too large for small pets: The blades are oversized for small nails, making it difficult to trim my dogs’ delicate paws without risking injury.⚫A bit bulky: The overall size of the clippers is cumbersome when trying to navigate around tiny paws.⚫Safety guard isn’t functional: The safety guard doesn’t effectively prevent overcutting. It seems more geared towards trimming but doesn’t serve its intended protective purpose.Recommendation:These clippers are likely a great tool for owners of large pets with thicker nails, as they can handle substantial trimming tasks with ease. However, for small breeds like my Yorkshire Terrier and Poodle Maltese, I would not recommend them. Highly recommend ! I luckily have pups that will let me cut their nails but they’re still picky abt the product. I’ve tried other brands and even a dremil and they didnt tolerate it. However, this one works amazing! It is strong so it makes it quick and I don’t have to apply an insane amount of pressure. The guard makes me feel confident in not cutting them and I love the little handy file hidden in the handle. After I lost my other I ran to purchase a replacement.
